1. Using This Website
This website is provided to help you explore private Scotland golf journeys and request information. The content is for general guidance and does not itself create a booking, reserve availability or constitute a binding travel offer.
2. Enquiries and Proposals
When you submit an enquiry, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and, where appropriate, prepare a tailored proposal. A proposal is subject to availability, supplier confirmation and the terms stated in the proposal. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation and have met the stated booking requirements.
3. Availability, Prices and Itineraries
Golf tee times, accommodation, transport, experiences, prices, dates and inclusions are subject to change and final confirmation. Any quoted price, availability statement or itinerary should be read together with the written proposal issued for your party. Flights are not included unless expressly stated in that proposal.
4. Third-Party Services
Journeys may include services supplied by golf courses, accommodation providers, transport providers, venues and other third parties. Their applicable terms, conditions and operating requirements may form part of your booking documentation. We will identify material supplier conditions where they apply to your confirmed journey.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller information, checking that passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and travel documents are appropriate for your trip, and meeting the payment and communication deadlines shown in your booking documentation.
6. Changes, Cancellations and Force Majeure
Any request to change or cancel a confirmed booking should be made in writing. The applicable consequences, including any supplier charges, will be set out in the booking-specific terms and confirmed proposal. We may need to make reasonable changes where circumstances outside our control affect a journey; where this happens, we will communicate the available options as soon as reasonably practicable.
